Sampling the Camp Experience
Our cub camp sessions at Pine Springs Ranch are intentionally designed for children ages 7-10. These sessions are short, easy, fun, and the activities are offered at the most basic level.
Our goals for campers are for them to try new things, make new friends, and learn more about Jesus from one of our great counselors.
Cub sessions require a $60 non-refundable deposit upon registration and spots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
During the registration process on ULTRACAMP, please let us know if you'd like a free camper progress report (via email) and if your child is attending camp with any friends or family members so we can place everyone in the same cabin together.

Smaller cabin units contribute to improved social bonding, increased counselor interactions, & the overall experience.

Being in the same cabin as a friend or family member can help first-time campers be even more successful at camp.

Our cub camp schedule allows campers to try a few of the activities listed above during our short time together at PSR.

Great Counselors Make A DifferenceOur hiring team carefully selects each individual who joins our camp staff family each season through a rigorous application process that involves an interview, references from trusted community members, and a background check. We're very proud of our track record selecting great counselors to undergo our employee training, which gives us an opportunity to observe all of our freshman staff before any guests arrive at camp. If you'd like to join our team please visit our application page! |
Everything about the process was easy! Being able to go online, get all the info I needed then schedule and pay. Check in/check out was fast and simple. While my camper was there I received an email with an update and picture, which was wonderful to have especially because we were all first timers for camp. Lastly, my camper left some items behind. Everyone was easy to get a hold of and made it extremely nice for the process of returning the items." |
4 Habits of Successful Campers
Children who can reasonably demonstrate these four habits are ready to go to summer camp!
Campers should be able to feed, clothe, toilet, and bathe themselves without assistance.
|
Campers should be able to build a 'colorful plate' at mealtimes that include healthy non-allergens.
|
Campers should be able to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by counselors & staff.
|
Campers should be able to respect others & feel comfortable talking about their well-being.
